Shipping & Returns

The shipping time is 2-3 business days. Domestic Shipping: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. All  shipments are tracked and insured. We will send tracking information via email within one business day of shipment. 
NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?
Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges: All products must be in the condition you received it. Cherry will not process returns/exchanges for products that have been use, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. Cherry will manage all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items shipped. Customers must pay for return shipping if Cherry is not at fault. Products must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. It is highly recommended that returns/exchanges be processed online. Please email the reason/purpose for the return and if valid, and we will provide a digital return label.
