On the 20th anniversary of Women Who Mean Business, those honored in the program continue to represent every corner of business in Kansas City.
Women selected for this year's class include an architect, an athlete and an actuary, just to name a few industries at the top of the alphabet. Each woman is a leader in her field, has made significant contributions to the business community and has given back to the community through philanthropy.
A panel of six judges selected the 25 honorees. To celebrate the 20th year of Women Who Mean Business, KCBJ has taken an in-depth look at women honored in previous years, who continue to make strides in the local business community:
